Tatra Mountains & Kraków

Bukowina Tatrzańska is a small village near Zakopane in the southern part of Poland, at the foot of the Tatra Mountains, the only alpine range in the Carpathian Mountains, that spreads along the border between Poland and Slovakia. The famous hot springs in Bukowina Tatrzańska (Termy Bukowiańskie) are located within walking distance from the hotel, and Bukowina is less than 20 minutes drive from Zakopane, the most famous Polish mountain resort, well known for its distinctive folklore, vibrant cultural scene, and unique architecture.

Also, Bukowina lies less than 90 kilometers from Kraków, the old capital of Poland—guests visiting Poland for the first time might want to spend an extra day or two just to explore this magnificent city, that for centuries attracted artists and scholars from all around the globe. A trip to Poland would not be complete without visiting Kraków's renaissance Royal Castle at Wawel, or stopping at the gothic St Mary's Basilica, or shopping in the historical trade pavilions of the Cloth Hall, or wandering through the streets of the former separate Jewish city of Kazimierz, or the socialist-realist industrial Nowa Huta district, or seeing old salt mines in Wieliczka.
